Presentation methods encourage active involvement of participants, so we recommend that the class size not exceed 30. • BASIC MODULE includes interviewing skills and techniques, orientation of new staff, performance management and key labor laws
• INTERMEDIATE MODULE also includes cultural diversity, recruitment, succession planning and components of a healthy work environment
Managing the Business — Finance
• BASIC MODULE includes understanding sources of revenue and expense, interpreting unit-level financial data, analyzing budget information and creating a budget plan
• INTERMEDIATE MODULE also includes balance sheet and income statement interpretation, ratio analysis and business case development
